Former athlete. Loved to train. Played basketball every day.
Then came the office, family, no time, the injuries, the pain.
I ruptured my achilles. Tore my meniscus. Chronic Patellar Tendonitis. Crazy Anterior Pelvic Tilt. Elbows that would swell up. Popping hips. A stomach that poked out and was bloated all the time. Skin issues. Had lower back and knee pain all the time. My digestive system, horrible.
