About me

I'm a former basketball player turned corporate professional who struggled to stay fit with a busy schedule.

I became an in-person trainer over 10 years ago, helping hundreds fix back pain, posture issues, joint issues, lose weight, and build muscle.

I’ve battled anterior pelvic tilt, tight hip flexors, and recurring injuries from neglecting the fundamentals. Chasing trends and lifting heavy didn’t work.

So, I created a sustainable training method—minimal time, no fancy equipment, just the basics done right.
